摘要: 随着汽车行业的快速发展,汽车电控单元(ECU)软件开发成为智能化和网联化趋势 中的关键技术。该研究基于 V 字型开发流程,敏捷开发理论和测试左移理论,针对汽车电控 单元软件开发流程进行优化,以实现云端工具链的高效协同管理。研究内容包括小型 V 流程 的集成、项目创建与审批机制、开发工具链管理、资源分配优化、进度控制策略、质量控制 体系、沟通协调机制、变更迭代流程以及数据追溯管理。该研究对于提升汽车电控单元软件 开发的专业化水平,降低开发成本,确保软件的可靠性和安全性具有重要的理论和实践意义。

Abstract: With the rapid development of the automotive industry, software development for automotive electronic control unit (ECU) has become a key technology in the trend of intelligence and networking. This study is based on the V-shaped development process and testing left shift theory, aiming to optimize the software development process of automotive electronic control units to achieve efficient collaborative management of cloud toolchains. The research content includes the integration of small-scale V-shaped processes, project creation and approval mechanisms, development toolchain management, resource allocation optimization, schedule control strategies, quality control systems, communication and coordination mechanisms, change iteration processes, and data tracea-bility management. This study has important theoretical and practical significance for improving the professional level of software development for automotive electronic control units, reducing development costs, and ensuring software reliability and safety.
