摘要: 车辆开发过程中,商业仿真软件许可不足制约了仿真在开发过程中的应用。为解决计 算流体动力学(CFD)仿真软件许可不足的问题,对使用开源软件 OpenFOAM 进行重卡车辆 风阻仿真进行了研究。仿真中使用了 k-e 系列湍流模型,通过改写湍流模型程序,观察了模 型参数对重卡外流场的影响。仿真结果和使用某主流商业软件的仿真结果,以及相应车型的 缩比模型风洞试验测试数据进行了对比。结果表明,湍流模型对仿真结果有巨大影响,经适 当调整后有合理的仿真结果。

Abstract: During vehicle development process, the insufficient license of commercial simulation software restricts the application of simulation in the process. In order to solve the problem of insufficient license of computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulation software, open-sourced software OpenFOAM is studied to calculate the aerodynamic drag of a heavy-duty truck. The k-e series turbulence model is used in the study. By rewriting the program of turbulence model, the influence of model parameters on the outflow field of heavy truck is observed. The simulation results are compared with not only the simulation results of a widely-used commercial software, but also the test data of the scale model of corresponding vehicle in wind tunnel. It is observed that the turbulence model has great influence on the simulation results, and a reasonable simulation result is obtained by adjusting the model appropriately.
