汽车类职业教育在线精品课程建设的 研究与实践 ——以汽车营销课程为例

摘要: 为探索如何利用职业教育在线精品课程的优势开展混合式教学,改善教学效果,文章 以汽车营销课程为例,发挥产教融合优势,将汽车营销技能项目化和任务化,采用教、学、 做一体化教学模式。以汽车销售顾问八大销售流程为教学主线,以汽车营销中客户关系管理 为教学辅线,通过课前探究、课中实施、课后拓展,实现思想政治教育与技术技能教育的有 机统一,探索校企共建在线精品课程的路径。文章通过课程在线上和线下课堂教学时的应用 实践,取得了较好的教学效果并起到课程示范引领作用,从课程设计、课程实施、应用效果、 特色创新四个方面阐述了课程建设的经验,以期为职业院校汽车类在线精品课程建设提供借 鉴。

Abstract: In order to explore how to use the advantages of online excellent courses of vocational education to carry out blended teaching and improve the teaching effect. Taking the Automotive Marketing course as an example, this paper gives full play to the advantages of the integration of production and teaching, turns the automobile marketing skills into projects and tasks, and adopts the teaching, learning and doing integrated teaching model. With the eight sales processes of automobile sales consultants as the main line of teaching and the customer relationship management in automobile marketing as the auxiliary line of teaching, through pre-class exploration, implementation in class and expansion after class, the organic unity of ideological and political education and technical skills education is realized, and the path of school-enterprise co-construction of online high-quality courses is explored. Through the application practice of online and offline classroom teaching, this paper has achieved good teaching effect and played a role of course demonstration and guidance. It expounds the experience of course construction from four aspects: course design, course implementation, application effect and characteristic innovation, in order to provide reference for the construction of automotive online excellent courses in vocational colleges.
