Analysis of 3D Assembly Process Animation Design and Release Technology Based on PLM System

摘要: 装配是汽车生产制造中的重要环节,但目前的纸质装配工艺文件过度依赖员工经验, 三维工艺文件不能实现数据的快速变更。文章通过对产品生命周期管理(PLM)系统进行二 次开发,集成三维动画设计软件,搭建了三维工艺动画设计及发布平台。该平台打通了研发 PLM 系统到制造运营管理系统(MOM),在 PLM 内通过集成工具将数据快速导入到动画设 计软件,实现数据的快速变更传递,同时将三维工艺进行线上传递下发到现场。三维工艺动 画最终在现场的 MOM 屏实现与车型的同步展示,及在移动平板上检索、查看。文章实现了 PLM、动画设计软件、现场 MOM 系统的数据传递闭环处理,对未来汽车三维工艺的应用有 较大的指导意义。

Abstract: Assembly is an important part in automobile production manufacturing, but the current paper-based assembly process documents overly rely on employee experience, and three-dimensional process documents cannot achieve rapid data changes. The paper conducts secondary development on the product lifecycle management (PLM) system, integrates 3D animation design software, and builds a 3D process animation design and publishing platform. This platform connects the PLM system to the manufacturing operation management (MOM) system at the manufacturing site. Within PLM, data is quickly imported into animation design software through integrated tools, enabling rapid change and transmission of data. At the same time, 3D processes are transmitted online and distributed to the site. The 3D process animation is ultimately displayed synchronously with the vehicle model on the MOM screen on site, and can be retrieved and viewed on a mobile tablet. The paper realizes the closed-loop processing of data transmission for PLM, animation design software, and MOM system, which has significant guiding significance for the future application of automotive 3D technology
