摘要: 在汽车生产制造中,涂装对其外观质量和耐腐蚀性能至关重要,多道工艺的涂层组成 汽车表面重要的防护体系,分别起着不同的作用。为了评估喷漆生产涂层的质量,公司从样 品制备、试验项目、检测方法和抽样规划等方面制定了科学的试验方案,通过盐雾和涂层机 械性能两类试验监控各工艺过程的涂层质量,在生产质量控制中取得了良好效果。文章总结 了北京奔驰汽车喷漆涂层在实验室中的检测方法及应用实践,以期为汽车行业喷漆生产涂层 质量检测评价提供参考借鉴。

Abstract: In automobile manufacturing, painting is crucial for its appearance quality and corrosion resistance, multiple processes coatings constitute an important protective system for automobile surface, playing different roles respectively. In order to evaluate the quality of paint shop production coatings, a scientific testing plan is developed in terms of sample preparation, test items, test methods and sampling, monitoring the coating quality of each process through salt spray and coating mechanical property test, which have achieved good results in production quality control. In this paper, the laboratory testing methods and application practices of Beijing Benz automotive coating are summarized, to provide reference for coating quality inspection and evaluation in automotive industry.
