摘要: 某皮卡钢板弹簧在整车耐久验证过程中出现断裂失效,通过断口理化分析发现,高的 设计应力是出现断裂的原因。文章在 ANSYS 软件中搭建该钢板弹簧的仿真模型,以进一步 分析其设计应力。分析结果显示,设计应力超过所用材料的许用应力,需要优化该钢板弹簧 的材料。随后对常用的弹簧材料进行讨论,重新选型钢板弹簧材料,并成功通过整车耐久验 证,对皮卡钢板弹簧的设计开发具有指导意义。

Abstract: In the process of verifying the durability of a pickup leaf spring, fracture failure occurred. Through physical and chemical analysis of the fracture, it is found that high design stress is the cause of fracture. In this paper, the simulation model of the leaf spring is built in ANSYS software to further analyze its design stress. The analysis results show that the design stress exceeds the allowable stress of the material used, and the material of the leaf spring needs to be optimized. Then the commonly used spring materials are discussed, the leaf spring materials are re-selected, and the durability of the vehicle is verified successfully, which has guiding significance for the design and development of the leaf spring of the pickup truck.
