摘要： 随着智能网联汽车（ICV）市场的不断成熟和技术的不断突破，根据行业趋势和地方特 色，筛选出适合区域重点发展的 ICV 细分领域成为地方政府的重点任务。文章聚焦 ICV 38 个细分领域，借鉴多个产业筛选经典方法理论，构建了一套基于波特五力模型的 ICV 筛选体 系，针对 S 市 P 地区 ICV 产业进行了筛选，最终为当地政府筛选出 15 个适合其发展的细分 产业，助力 S 市 P 地区 ICV 产业蓬勃发展。

Abstract: With the continuous maturity of the intelligent connected vehicle (ICV) market and technological breakthroughs. It has become a key task for local government to screen out ICV segments field that are suitable for regional key development based on industry trends and local characteristics. The paper focuses on 38 segments of ICV, draws on the classic method theories of multiple industries screening, constructs a set of ICV screening system according to the Porter's five forces model, and ultimately screens 15 segments industries suitable for the development of the local government for ICV industry in district P of S city, which helps the flourishing development of the ICV industry in district P of S city.
