“岗课赛证”融通背景下汽车保险与理赔课程 思政教学改革实践

Teaching Reform Practice of Curriculum Ideology and Politics Education in Course of Automobile Insurance and Claim under the Integration of "Position, Course, Competition, and Certification"

摘要: 汽车保险与理赔是汽车运用与维修技术专业的专业拓展课。文章以“岗课赛证”融通 为背景,从课程思政元素的挖掘、课程思政教学实施、教学改革实践效果与特色创新等方面, 阐述了汽车保险与理赔课程思政的实践过程,结合专业育人目标,深度挖掘和提炼课程思政 元素,融入专业知识体系,建立课程思政与“岗课赛证”协同育人机制,开展基于“岗课赛 证”融通的专业课程思政育人实践。最终学生任务完成率达到 98%,综合实训合格率 100%, 并在职业认知能力、学习能力、沟通能力、执行能力、团队协作能力和商务实践能力等方面 实现了稳步增长。

Abstract: Automobile Insurance and Claims is a professional extension course for the major of automobile application and maintenance technology. This article, with the integration of "position, course, competition, and certification" as the background, mainly elaborates on the practice process of the course ideology and politics in Automobile Insurance and Claims from aspects such as the exploration of course ideology and politics elements, the implementation of course ideology and politics teaching, the practical effect and characteristic innovation of teaching reform. It combines with the professional training objectives, deeply explores and refines the elements of course ideology and politics, integrates them into the professional knowledge system, establishes a collaborative training mechanism of course ideology and politics with "position, course, competition, and certification", and carries out the professional course ideology and politics training practice based on the integration of "position, course, competition, and certification". As a result, the students' task completion rate reaches 98%, the comprehensive practical training pass rate is 100%, and there is a steady increase in vocational cognition ability, learning ability, communication ability, execution ability, team collaboration ability, and business practice ability
