高效液相色谱法测定汽车材料中的 十溴二苯醚含量

Determination of Decabromodiphenyl Ether in Automotive Materials by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

摘要: 为了解决气相色谱-质谱联用法测定十溴二苯醚存在的稳定性差和设备需经常维护等问 题,建立了高效液相色谱法测定汽车材料中十溴二苯醚含量的方法:在 0.5~5.0 μg/mL 范围 内,有良好的线性关系(R 2 =0.998),方法检出限为 5 mg/kg;在 37.5 、75.0、175.0 mg/kg 三 个加标水平下,回收率均在 90%~100%,精密度小于 5%;同一标准曲线在 14 天内较稳定, 稳定性好;测试三种不同十溴二苯醚含量的质控样品,测试结果准确度高,与理论值的偏差 均在±5%以内。高效液相色谱法测定十溴二苯醚具有回收率高,稳定性好,准确度高,正常 测试中设备无需频繁维护等优点,该方法可以用于汽车材料中十溴二苯醚的快速准确分析。

Abstract: In order to solve the problems of the poor stability and frequent maintenance of equipment of decabromodiphenyl ether by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method is developed for the determination of decabromodiphenyl ether in automotive material. In the range of 0.5 μg/mL to 5.0 μg/mL, the linear relationship is good (R 2= 0.998), and the detection limit of the method is 5 mg/kg. At three supplemental levels of 37.5, 75.0, 175.0 mg/kg, the recoveries are 90%~100%, the precisions are less than 5%. The standard curve is stable within 14 days. Three kinds of quality control samples with different decabromodiphenyl ether contents are tested, all the test accuracies are high, and the deviations from the theoretical value are within ±5%. HPLC method for the determination of decabromodiphenyl ether has good recovery, stability and high accuracy and the equipment does not need frequent maintenance in normal testing. The method can be used for rapid and accurate analysis of decabromodiphenyl ether in automotive materials.
