摘要: 随着我国汽车行业的发展与革新,社会对创新型复合汽车人才的需求与日俱增,对人 才的综合素质和创新能力提出了新的要求。文章以社会对车辆工程人才的新需求出发,从创 新思维塑造和创新能力培养两个角度切入,指出高校现有人才培养体系的不足,确定了创新 型复合汽车人才的培养目标,制定了针对性培养策略,并且结合实例进行了进一步研究,最 终建设完成以社会需求为导向的创新型复合汽车人才培养体系,来适应汽车行业的发展趋势。

Abstract: With the development and innovation of China's automobile industry, the society's demand for innovative composite automotive talents is increasing day by day, which puts forward new requirements for the comprehensive quality and innovation ability of talents. Based on the new demand of the society for vehicle engineering talents, this paper points out the shortcomings of the existing talent training system in colleges and universities from the two perspectives of innovative thinking shaping and innovation ability training, determines the training goal of innovative compound automobile talents, formulates targeted training strategies. And combined with examples to carry out further research, the final construction of an innovative composite automobile talent training system oriented by social needs to adapt to the development trend of the automotive industry.
