摘要: 社会服务成效是职业教育教师教学创新团队的重要建设指标,为提升教师教学创新团 队的社会服务能力,以汽车制造与试验技术教师教学创新团队社会服务能力为研究对象,以 提升教师社会服务能力为主线,结合汽车产业发展以及汽车制造与试验技术教师教学创新团 队的现状,分析教师社会服务能力在教师教学创新团队建设中的作用。依托校企合作,提出 汽车制造与试验技术教师教学创新团队社会服务能力提升路径,进一步构建校企合作“命运 共同体”,打造具有较强社会服务能力的“双师型”教师教学创新团队。

Abstract: The effectiveness of social services is an important indicator for the construction of teacher teaching innovation teams for vocational education teachers. In order to enhance the social service capabilities of teacher teaching innovation teams, the research focuses on the social service capabilities of automotive manufacturing and testing technology teacher teaching innovation teams, with the main focus on improving the social service capabilities of teachers. Combining the development of the automotive industry and the current situation of automotive manufacturing and testing technology teacher teaching innovation teams, analyze the role of teachers' social service capabilities in building teacher teaching innovation teams. Based on school enterprise cooperation, propose a path to enhance the social service capabilities of the automotive manufacturing and testing technology teaching innovation team, further build a "community of shared destiny" for school enterprise cooperation, and create a "dual teacher" teacher teaching innovation team with strong social service capabilities.
