摘要: 为提高新能源混合动力汽车的维护与维修效率,对新能源混合动力汽车电子驱动桥进 行了研究。文章剖析了某新能源汽车混动专用变速箱(DHT)电子驱动桥的结构,探讨了其 常规维护保养,分析了 DHT 电子驱动桥常见故障现象与其解决方法,基于研究成果整理了常 见的 DHT 电子驱动桥故障维修注意事项。研究对新能源混合动力汽车电子驱动桥的维护保 养、故障诊断分析以及技术研究具有一定的参考意义。

Abstract: In order to improve the maintenance and repair efficiency of new energy hybrid vehicle, the electronic drive axle of new energy hybrid vehicle is studied. This paper analyzes the structure of the electronic drive axle of a new energy vehicle dedicated hybrid transmission (DHT), common fault phenomena and their solutions of the dedicated hybrid transmission electronic drive axle, and based on research and organization of commondedicated hybrid transmission electronic drive axle fault maintenance precautions. This study has a certain reference significance for the maintenance, fault diagnosis and technical research of the electronic drive axle of the new energy hybrid electric vehicle.
