增程式电动汽车振动噪声匹配策略研究

Research on Vibration and Noise Matching Strategy of Extended Range Electric Vehicles

摘要: 相对传统燃油车和纯电动车型,受增程器控制策略的影响,增程式电动汽车噪声、振 动及声振粗糙度(NVH)问题更为复杂。不合理的匹配控制逻辑,极易造成加速噪声大、轰 鸣等问题,且后期更改成本大、周期长。文章对增程器系统理论模型进行简化,将增程器系 统视为一个整体激励源。通过监测整车状态,增程器系统对外输出不同有效转矩和曲轴转速 下车内关键点振动噪声的表现,规避 NVH 表现较差策略点,进而在项目前期实现整车状态下 车内关键点振动噪声的匹配优化,大量减少后期悬置、传动、进排气等系统的变更匹配,节 约成本、缩短项目开发周期。

Abstract: Compared with traditional fuel vehicle and pure electric vehicle, the noise, vibration, harshness (NVH) problem of range extender electric vehicle is more complicated because of the influence of range extender control strategy. The unreasonable matching control logic is easy to cause problems such as high acceleration noise, roar, etc., and the later change cost is large and the cycle is long. In this paper, the theoretical model of the range extender system is simplified and the range extender system is regarded as an integral excitation source. By monitoring the state of the whole vehicle, the performance of the vibration and noise of the key points in the vehicle under different effective torque and crankshaft speed output by the range extender system, and avoiding the poor performance of the NVH strategy points, in the early stage of the project, the matching optimization of the vibration and noise of the key points in the vehicle can be realized, save cost and shorten project development cycle.
