摘要: 目前行业内对新能源汽车线束端子压接高度均是通过试验、验证的方法进行确定,未 涉及一种端子压接方案前期策划系统,此系统可以在生产开工前快速、准确地计算出端子的 压接方案,助力生产过程顺利推进。文章主要针对新能源汽车端子压接高度计算方法进行研 究,介绍了新能源汽车线束端子压接高度理论计算方法、数据库创建、用户界面以及计算系 统的设计与实现,并且经过理论计算与实践对比验证,两者结论相同,对线束端子压接策划 方案提供科学的参考和指导。

Abstract: At present, the terminal crimping height of the new energy vehicle harness is determined by means of test and verification in the industry, without involving a pre-planning system for the terminal crimping scheme, this system can calculate the terminal crimping scheme quickly and accurately before the start of production, so as to promote the process of production smoothly. This paper introduces the theoretical calculation method, database creation, user interface and the design and implementation of the calculation system for the terminal crimping height of the new energy vehicle wiring harness, and is verified by the comparison between the theoretical calculation and the practice, the two conclusions are the same, which can provide scientific reference and guidance for the scheme of wire beam terminal crimping.
