Abstract: Digitalization of education is the foundation for building a strong education country. Education must adapt to the changes brought about by emerging technologies and accelerate its own transformation, cultivating the new generation needed by society. The production and sales of new energy vehicles have experienced explosive growth in the past two years, which is led to a series of problems in the cultivation of high-quality and versatile craftsmen in the field of new energy vehicle technology. In order to improve the quality of talent cultivation in the new energy vehicle industry, summarize the current situation of talent cultivation in new energy vehicles, analyze the influencing factors of talent cultivation in new energy vehicles in vocational colleges and the significance of educational digitization for talent cultivation. Based on the background of digital education and combined with new generation information technology, this article constructs a new energy vehicle talent cultivation model, enhances the adaptability of talent cultivation in this profession, solves the personalized training problems under the needs of industrial development and large-scale teaching, and provides reference for the talent cultivation of new energy vehicle technology majors in relevant vocational colleges.
