摘要: 一个测量部位的色差数据通常包括多个元素,而整台车的外表面又包含多个测量部位,即 多组数据,且各组数据间又有匹配和相合关系。色差数据如果用纯文字展示,不但不便于阅读, 还不便于展示各元素间的关系。为了解决这一问题,利用 Power BI 强大的信息分拣与可视化功能, 开发了一种展示工具。该工具用简洁、清晰的方法展示诸如色差数据这类包含多个元素且有匹配 关系的信息,并展示其变化趋势。有助于指导质量优化,并促进该项工作的跨单位、跨部门协作。

Abstract: One measuring area of colour matching usually includes multiple elements. The exterior surface of the whole car also includes multiple measuring areas, or multiple sets of data. Matching relationships also exist between the data sets. Colour matching data shown in text only are hard to read and display the relationship between elements. For solving this problem, the powerful information sorting and visualization function of Power BI is applied to develop a sort of display tool. This tool shows the data, for instance, the colour matching, which contain multiple elements and their matching relationship, besides, the trend, in a lucid form. That guides the quality optimization and promotes cross-unit and cross-departmental collaboration in this project.
