基于 PBL 的数控编程与加工实训教学模式探讨

摘要: 数控编程与加工等综合实训课程着重于培养学生自主完成项目的能力。文章从 PBL 教学模式及课程自身特 点出发,针对数控编程与加工实训课程,按照“理—虚—实”三个教学实践环节,阐述了基于 PBL 教学模式的项 目实践过程及意义,并明确考核标准。探究表明,基于 PBL 教学模式的数控编程与加工实训课程实践是可行的、 有效的。文章对数控技术专业实践课程的教学方法及改革具有实践指导意义。

关键词: PBL 教学模式;教学项目;数控技术

Abstract: CNC programming and machining of comprehensive practice curriculum focuses on training students' ability to complete the project. Based on the characteristics of PBL teaching mode and the course itself, this paper expounds the process and significance of project practice based on PBL teaching mode according to the three teaching practice links of "theory virtual reality", and clarifies the assessment standard. The exploration show that based on PBL teaching mode of CNC programming and machining practice training curriculum is feasible and effective. This paper has practical significance for the teaching method and reform of practice course of numerical control technology.
