Abstract: In order to ensure that the soft label of the vehicle is easy for production employees to paste during the manufacturing stage, partial pasting benchmarks are often defined in data design. However, how to define pasting benchmarks to facilitate operation and maintain aesthetics is a research focus in the industry. The article defines the initial pasting standards and verifies the physical effects of several models of H company, and elaborates on the technical requirements for pasting the vehicle's soft label from the aspects of pasting position, pasting positioning standards, and body structure, ultimately achieving the effect of easy operation and beautiful physical appearance. However, each vehicle model should still be analyzed on a case by case basis, fully considering the operability of labeling and the rationality of process arrangements during the production process, in order to achieve the best results.
