油气悬架高度复合控制策略

摘要: 针对使用高速开关电磁阀控制的油气悬架系统,提出一种复合控制策略。首先建立专 家系统,根据专家系统预测停止悬架调节后的高度跳变值,并根据跳变值对目标控制高度进 行修正。高度调节过程中,采用高度差值跟踪的同步控制算法,以满足悬架升降的同步性和 快速性要求。到达目标高度并停止悬架高度调节后,悬架在非控制状态下高度继续变化,直 到系统压力达到平衡。由于目标高度在前期已经过专家系统的预测和调整,因此停止悬架调 节后的高度跳变补偿调整差值,最终悬架在静止状态达到期望的目标高度。试验表明,该控 制策略满足系统指标要求,高度控制精确,升降快速、平稳,并具有自适应控制能力。

Abstract: To solve the height control problem of hydro-pneumatic suspension controlled with highspeed switching solenoid valves, a combined control strategy is proposed. Firstly, establish an expert system, and predict the height jump value according to the system, then modify target control height by the height jump value. Adopts synchronization control algorithm by height difference tracking to satisfy the synchronization and fast speed request. While stop suspension control, the suspension will still change until the system pressure achieve balance, the suspension jumping height compensates the adjustment value for the target height value is predicted and modified by expert system before, so the suspension finally stops at the expected target position. Experimental results show that this height control strategy satisfy the system requirements, control fast, steady and accurate, and has adaptive control ability.
