摘要: 为了验证汽车后纵臂结构件的各项力学性能,文章建立了后纵臂的有限元模型,采用 路试实测的载荷极限值进行加载及强度分析、模态分析以及疲劳寿命分析,同时针对分析结 果中存在的后纵臂强度和耐久寿命不足的情况,对后纵臂结构件进行结构和工艺优化。优化 前后的仿真结果表明,改进措施能满足后纵臂构件强度和耐久寿命的设计要求,并通过实物 台架验证,为类似问题的分析及解决提供了一种较为全面的思路与方法。

Abstract: In order to verify the various mechanical properties of the rear longitudinal arm structural components of automobile, the finite element model of the rear longitudinal arm is established in this paper, and the load limit measured in the road test is used for loading, strength analysis, modal analysis and fatigue life analysis. At the same time, the structure and process optimization of the rear longitudinal arm are carried out in view of the insufficient strength and durability of the rear longitudinal arm in the analysis results. The simulation results before and after optimization show that the improved measures can meet the design requirements of the strength and durability of the rear longitudinal arm members, and through the physical bench verification, it provides a more comprehensive thinking and method for the analysis and solution of similar problems.
