摘要: 在“双碳”战略的背景下,得益于政府的大力支持,我国新能源汽车产业在技术上突 飞猛进并实现了商业化,新能源汽车年销售量屡创新高,保有量稳步上升。为进一步推进新 能源汽车高质量发展,分析新能源汽车相关政策,从新能源汽车市场格局和产品技术方面讨 论新能源汽车保有量演变发展趋势,总结其发展过程中存在的产品竞争力不足、基础设施不 够完善等问题,并提出持续推动核心技术发展、大力发展配套基础设施以及降低制造成本的 相关建议。

关键词: 新能源汽车;汽车保有量;产业政策;发展趋势

Abstract: Against the backdrop of the "dual carbon" strategy, thanks to strong government support, China's new energy vehicle industry has made rapid technological progress and achieved commercialization. The annual sales volume of new energy vehicle has repeatedly reached new highs, and the ownership has steadily increased. To further promote the high-quality development of new energy vehicle, analyze relevant policies for new energy vehicle, discuss the evolution and development trend of new energy vehicle ownership from the perspective of market structure and product technology, summarize the problems of insufficient product competitiveness and inadequate infrastructure in its development process, and propose related suggestions for continuously promoting the development of core technologies, vigorously developing supporting infrastructure, and reducing manufacturing costs.
