摘要: 汽车轻量化是大势所趋,铝合金替代传统钢材已成为轻量化重要的技术途径。汽车属 于耐用消费品,用车环境复杂多变,为满足消费者使用需求,整车制造厂要研究铝合金替代 件的品质管理要件。文章以汽车覆盖件常用的 6000 系列铝合金板材材料特性评价为例,从定 量及定性两方面介绍了评价铝合金板材的指标与验证方法,可作为汽车制造厂的研究参考。

Abstract: Automobile lightweight is the trend, and aluminum alloy replacing traditional steel has become an important technological approach for lightweight. Automobile belong to durable consumer goods, and the driving environment is complex and variable. In order to meet consumer needs, vehicle manufacturers need to study the quality management requirements of aluminum alloy replacement parts. This article takes the evaluation of the material characteristics of 6000 series aluminum alloy sheets commonly used in automotive panels as an example, and introduces the indicators and verification methods for evaluating aluminum alloy sheets from both quantitative and qualitative aspects, which can serve as a research reference for automotive manufacturers.
