川崎 BZ740 油泵修复工艺设计

摘要: 由于多数油压机采用进口油泵,备件采购周期长,维修难度大。文章针对日本川崎压力机 BZ740 进口油泵 主轴滚键磨损故障,分析研究油泵主轴损坏修复方案,设计泵轴不解体现场修复整体车镗工艺,为此类进口油泵的 同类故障探索自主维修新方法。

关键词: 车镗工艺;V 型压板;公差与配合

Abstract: Since most oil compressors adopt imported oil pumps, the spare parts procurement cycle is long, and the maintenance is difficult.This paper is aimed at the wear failure of the rolling key of the BZ740 imported oil pump spindle of Kawasaki press in Japan, analyzes and studies the repair scheme for the damage of the oil pump spindle, designs the whole boring process for the on-site repair of the pump shaft without disassembly, and explores a new method of independent repair for the similar failure of this kind of imported oil pump.
