不同检测温度车内挥发性有机物浓度特征分析

摘要: 依据 HJ/T 400—2007 和 ISO 12219—1—2012 标准,对市场上在售的新车分别进行常温和高温条件的车内 VOCs 检测,研究不同检测温度车内 VOCs 浓度特征。研究结果表明:(1)22 款新车内的苯、甲苯、乙苯、二甲苯、 苯乙烯、甲醛、丙烯醛的浓度均远低于 GB/T 27630—2011 标准限值。但是,乙醛超标率达 40.9%,最大浓度为 0.103 mg/m3,达到标准限值的 2.06 倍。( )高温条件的车内 VOCs 浓度明显高于常温条件的浓度。此外,在不同检测温 度下,甲苯、二甲苯、甲醛、乙醛的浓度均明显高于其他 VOCs 浓度。( )车内甲苯、乙苯、二甲苯、苯乙烯、甲 醛、乙醛的常温浓度和高温浓度之间存在一定的线性关系。

Abstract: According to the standards HJ/T 400—2007 and ISO 12219—1—2012, VOCs in new vehicles on the market at room temperature and high temperature were tested, and the characteristics of VOCs concentration at different detection temperatures were studied. The research results showed: (1) The concentration of benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, xylene, styrene, formaldehyde, and acrolein in 22 new vehicles were far below the limits in GB/T 27630—2011. However, the over-standard rate of acetaldehyde reached 40.9%, and the maximum concentration was 0.103 mg/m3 , which was 2.06 times of the standard limit. (2)The concentration of VOCs in new vehicles at high temperature was significantly higher than that at room temperature. Regardless of room temperature or high temperature, the concentration of formaldehyde and benzene were significantly higher than that of other VOCs. (3)The concentration of toluene, ethylbenzene, xylene, styrene, formaldehyde, and acetaldehyde at room temperature all showed linear relationships with their corresponding concentration at high temperature.
