设计参数对副车架模态性能的影响及优化

摘要: 为了能更准确找到设计轻量化副车架的方法,文章通过某款车副车架的全新设计案例 的介绍,给出一种副车架轻量化的设计方法。在给定边界情况下,通过设计空间的定义,拓 扑数据的建立、拓扑数据的拓扑分析,副车架模型数据的重构、影响副车架模态主要参数的 调整,得到轻量化副车架的设计方案。分析仿真计算结果表明,通过这种方法能有效地设计 出重量较轻且满足预设性能的副车架,对类似副车架的设计具有非常大的指导作用。

Abstract: In order to find a more accurate way to design the light-weight sub-frame, this paper gives a method of light-weight sub-frame through the introduction of a new design case. In the case of given boundary, through the definition of design space, the establishment of topological data, the topological analysis of topological data, the reconstruction of sub-frame model data and the adjustment of main parameters of sub-frame modal, the design scheme of lightweight sub-frame is obtained. The results of analysis and simulation show that this method can effectively design the light weight sub-frame and meet the preset performance, and it has a great guiding effect on the design of similar sub-frame.
