Abstract: There are many difficulties in the statistics and expression of engine production quality, such as multiple processes, scattered quality data, complex evaluation criteria, and incomprehensiveness and inaccuracy in the process of analysis and statistics, which bring inconvenience to the improvement work. A systematic expression method is established in Tableau software from the aspects, such as engine production quality information display and analysis, data dimensions and expression methods, display planning and view design, data import and page operation, and digitalization results display in this paper, so as to realize high-level and dynamic data presenting. This study reduces the repetitive work of engineering personnel, improves the accuracy of statistics, and achieves the ultimate goal of highlighting key problems, assisting leaders in decision-making, and reducing scrapping and controlling claims.
