某轻卡蓄电池及固定支架轻量化设计

摘要: 为落实国家节能减排政策要求,开展整车轻量化研究设计,减轻轻卡整备质量,提升 燃油经济性能,文章的某轻卡采用新型锂电池代替传统的铅酸蓄电池,并进行抗挤压性能试 验、抗冲击试验及低温冷启动试验,试验结果满足目标要求,蓄电池重量减至 5.5 kg,实现 减重 15 kg;同时运用计算机辅助工程(CAE)仿真软件,进行蓄电池固定支架轻量化设计, 以实车下的蓄电池支架加速度数据为输入激励,进行 CAE 强度分析,试验结果满足目标要求, 实现减重 1.2 kg,轻量化效果显著。

Abstract: To implement the national energy-saving and emission reduction policy requirements, carry out research and design on vehicle lightweight, reduce the curb weight of light trucks, and improve fuel economy performance, a light truck in this article uses a new type of lithium battery instead of the traditional lead-acid battery, and carries out extrusion resistance test, impact resistance test and cold start test. The test results meet the target requirements, and the weight of the battery is reduced to 5.5 kg, achieving a weight loss of 15 kg. At the same time, computer aided engineering (CAE) simulation software is used to carry out lightweight design of the battery fixing bracket, and the acceleration data of the battery bracket under the real vehicle is used as the input incentive to carry out CAE strength analysis. The test results meet the target requirements, and the weight is reduced by 1.2 kg, and the lightweight effect is remarkable.
