摘要： 结合当前数字化转型浪潮，文章基于广汽研究院试验领域数字化转型规划，探讨了什 么是汽车研发试验数字化，试验领域为什么要数字化转型，试验领域数字化转型转什么以及 典型场景、转型路径、评估方法，形成了一套较为完整的汽车研发机构试验领域数字化转型 方法论，对实施数字化转型具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract: Combined with the current wave of digital transformation, based on the digital transformation plan of the test field of GAC Research Institute, this paper discusses what is the digital transformation of automobile research and development, why the test field should be digital transformation, what is the digital transformation of the test field, as well as typical scenarios, transformation paths and evaluation methods, and forms a relatively complete set of digital transformation methodology of the test field of automobile research and development institutions. It has certain guiding significance for the implementation of digital transformation.
