摘要: 文章介绍白车身在产品开发过程中的造型虚拟评审内容,着重探讨车身工艺造型虚拟 评审的主要关注点,分析车身工艺未来在造型虚拟评审时间节点、造型虚拟评审效率和质量 及造型虚拟评审前瞻性等方面有待改进。研究整车开发过程中造型评审对于产品可制造性及 生产成本的影响及解决方案,对未来车身造型评审提出了完善建议,为车身工艺针对造型虚 拟评审的深入研究和应用提供参考。

关键词: 白车身;车身工艺造型;虚拟评审;制造要求

Abstract: This paper introduces the content of virtual assessment of body in white in the process of product development, focuses on the main concerns of virtual assessment of body process, and analyzes the future needs to be improved in the aspects of virtual assessment time node, virtual review efficiency and quality of virtual assessment and forward-looking of virtual assessment. Study the impact to manufacture feasibility and cost down of styling virtual assessment and the resolution, also the improvements need to be analyzed in the future. All the content can be reference for detail exploration in body styling virtual assessment.
