摘要: 当前汽车产业以电动化、智能化、网联化和共享化为主要特征快速转型升级,职业院 校如何改革人才培养模式以适应产业升级和人才需求的新变化具有重要意义。文章以智能网 联汽车技术专业为研究载体,总结汽车产业转型升级导致专业人才培养过程中面临新问题, 从专业实训基地建设、课程体系重构以及教学模式开发等方面提出解决措施,提出了三维立 体、虚实结合的混合教学模式,构建了以虚拟仿真实训基地为基础的理-虚-实人才培养模式。 实践表明,这些改革措施有效解决了智能网联汽车技术专业教学过程中面临的问题,有助于 提升学生的职业能力与综合素养。

Abstract: At present, the automobile industry is characterized by electrification, intelligence, networking and sharing, and is undergoing rapid transformation and upgrading. It is of great significance for vocational colleges to reform the talent training mode to adapt to the new changes in talent demand caused by industrial upgrading. This paper takes the intelligent connected vehicle technology specialty as the research object, summarizes the new problems in the process of professional talent training caused by the transformation and upgrading of the automobile industry, proposes solutions from the construction of professional training base, professional talent trainingmode and supporting mixed teaching mode, proposes a three-dimensional,virtual and real combination mixed teaching mode, and constructs a theory-virtual-reality talent training mode based on the virtual simulation training base. The practice shows that these reforms have solved the problems existing in the practical teaching of the intelligent connected vehicle technology specialty and are helpful to improve the students' professional ability and comprehensive quality.
