摘要： 工艺开发贯穿产品研制到生产制造的全过程，起到承上启下的重要作用。基于企业现 状，分析总结工艺开发过程中存在的各类提升点，如信息交互问题、虚拟仿真数据问题等， 结合三维数字化工艺平台的特点、功能，提出结构化工艺方案、信息平台构建方案、基础数 据完善方案。最后分析在保障系统顺利实施的过程中，需要提前解决的各种问题。通过三维 数字化工艺平台项目的实施，实现了从产品工艺到工厂工艺的贯通，打通了数字化工艺设计 的各环节。

Abstract: Process development runs through the whole process of product development to manufacturing, and plays an important role in connecting the preceding and the following. Based on the current situation of the enterprise, various improvement points in the process development process are analyzed and summarized, such as information interaction problems, virtual simulation data problems, etc. According to the characteristics and functions of 3D digital process platform, the structured process scheme, information platform construction scheme and basic data improvement scheme are proposed. Analyze various problems that need to be solved in advance in the process of ensuring the smooth implementation of the system. Through the implementation of the 3D digital process platform project, the penetration from product process to factory process is realized, and all aspects of digital process design are opened up.
