摘要： 研发质量管理体系是产品开发体系的重要组成部分，研发质量管理的有效程度直接影 响到产品开发成果的好坏。文章基于 IATF 16949[1-2]汽车行业质量管理体系要求、风险思维、 过程方法和 PDCA 质量管理理念，分析了商用车产品开发质量保证经验，构建了完整的基于 产品开发全流程的开发质量保证体系的方法及应用。

关键词: 研发质量管理；IATF 16949；商用车；体系建立

Abstract: Development quality assurance system is important component of product development system, the efficiency of development quality management is directly affects the outcome of product development. The paper based on IATF 16949[1-2] quality management system requirements, risk thinking, process method and PDCA management philosophythe, the experience of quality assurance in commercial vehicle product development is analyzed, method and application of constructing a complete development quality assurance system based on the whole process of product development.
