摘要： 文章主要通过介绍 VAVE 的定义及相关工作流程，讨论汽车制造业价值工程和价值分析的实施运用方法， 并通过部分示例进行详细描述。同时，文章也论述了降本收益的几种不同表达形式，指出在 VAVE 实施过程中存在 的问题及改进方向。

关键词: VAVE；价值工程；价值分析；降成本；汽车零部件

Abstract: This paper mainly introduces the definition of VAVE and related work process, discusses the implementation and application methods of value engineering and value analysis in automobile manufacturing industry. And through some examples for readers understand. The article also reflects several different charts for cost reduction income, pointing out the existing problems in the implementation process of VAVE and the direction of improvement.
