摘要: 为了实现动力总成花键润滑油脂喷涂工艺的自动化,有效保证涂油量的精度,提高工 艺的稳定性,文章介绍了一种新型涂油脂设备应用集成方案。通过机械和电气部件共同作用, 分析了新型自动化涂油脂设备的可行性。该涂油设备工作安全稳定,适用于多车型多平台共 线生产,在生产中得到了有效的应用。

Abstract: In order to implement the automation of spline grease spraying process for the powertrain, which is effectively ensure the accuracy of grease and improve the stability of the process, the paper introduces a new application integration scheme of greasing equipment. Analyze the feasibility of a new automatic greasing equipment through the interaction of mechanical and electrical components. The equipment is safe and stable, suitable for production on multiple vehicle platform, and has been effectively applied in production.
