摘要: 汽车车载网络使车辆上各控制单元间实现及时且高效的数据交换和信息共享,在汽车 领域中的应用广泛、影响重大,车载网络系统的故障检修也成为汽车维修人员需要掌握的技 能之一。文章以大众迈腾 B8 车型为例,介绍了该车舒适系统控制器局域网络(CAN)总线、 局域互联网络(LIN)总线基本结构组成,提供了相应故障案例,基于该车舒适总线系统的工 作原理及特点,分析并总结了故障检修思路与方法,可为汽车技术人员对车载网络的学习提 供借鉴,在实际故障诊断中提高效率和质量。

Abstract: On-board network enables timely and efficient data exchange and information sharing among electronic control units on the vehicle, it is widely used and has a significant impact in the automotive field, and the troubleshooting of on-board network systems has become one of the skills that automotive maintenance personnel need to master. The article takes the Volkswagen Magotan B8 model as an example to introduce the basic structure of the controller area network (CAN) bus and local interconnect network (LIN) bus of the car's comfort system, and provides the fault diagnosis case. Based on the working principle and characteristics of the car's comfort bus system, the article analyzes and summarizes the troubleshooting ideas and methods, which can provide reference for automotive technicians to learn about in car networks, improve efficiency and quality in practical fault diagnosis.
