汽车混合动力变速器电子油泵控制策略

Control Strategy of Electronic Oil Pump for Automotive Hybrid Transmission

摘要: 电子油泵是集电子、机械、液压一体的高度集成化的车用零部件,根据应用环境需求 和驱动电机种类的不同,其控制策略也不尽相同。文章针对应用于汽车混合动力变速器的电 子油泵开展其控制策略研究,梳理了电机的数学模型及矢量控制基本理论,基于 Simscape 搭 建了电子油泵的仿真模型,仿真得出电子油泵起动平稳,转速响应速度小于 200 ms,稳态工 况的转矩脉动约为 5.88%,从仿真结果来看采用双闭环矢量控制并结合最大转矩电流比 (MTPA)控制以及弱磁控制算法的策略具备实现电子油泵功能的能力。试验验证证明,在整 车常用工况下,电子油泵输出高压压力能达到 50 bar,润滑流量最高能达到 21.4 L/min,不同 电子油泵的流量输出一致性小于±4%。

Abstract: The electronic oil pump is a highly integrated vehicle part integrating electronics, machinery and hydraulics. Its control strategies are different according to the requirements of the application environment and the types of driving motors. This paper studies the control strategy of the electronic oil pump applied to the vehicle hybrid power transmission, combs the mathematical model of the motor and the basic theory of vector control, builds the simulation model of the electronic oil pump based on Simscape, and the simulation results show that the electronic oil pump starts smoothly, the speed response speed is less than 200 ms, and the torque ripple under steady state conditions is about 5.88%. From the simulation results, it can be seen that the strategy of double closed loop vector control combined with maximum torque per ampere (MTPA) control and weak magnetic control algorithm has the ability to realize the function of electronic oil pump. The test verification proves that under the common working conditions of the vehicle, the output high-pressure pressure of the electronic oil pump can reach 50 bar, the maximum lubrication flow can reach 21.4 L/min, and the consistency of flow output of different electronic oil pumps is less than± 4%.
