履带式智能油茶采摘车辆采摘与收纳结构设计

摘要: 研究发现茶油具有较高的保健和营养价值,受到越来越多消费者的喜爱,但油茶成熟 后的采摘问题成了阻碍其发展的一大难题,由于油茶树特有的“花果同期”特性导致目前的 机械采摘停留在初级阶段,人工采摘劳动力缺乏以及劳动力成本较高阻碍着油茶产业的发展。 针对以上问题,文章设计了一种履带式智能油茶采摘车,介绍了履带式智能油茶采摘车采摘 机构与收纳机构的设计,并进行了有限元分析保证设计的合理性。

Abstract: The study found that tea oil has high health care and nutritional value, which is loved by more and more consumers, but the problem of picking oil tea after maturity has become a major problem hindering its development. Due to the unique "flower and fruit synchronization" characteristics of oil tea trees, the current mechanical picking is stopped at the primary stage, and the lack of manual picking labor and high labor costs hinder the development of oil tea industry. In view of the above problems, this paper designs a tracked intelligent oil tea picking car, introduces the design of the tracked intelligent oil tea picking car picking mechanism and storage mechanism, and conducts a finite element analysis to ensure the rationality of the design.
