摘要: 主副箱结构变速器高低挡切换过程中气阀偶尔卡滞,可能出现副箱未转换到位主箱在 挡情况,对副箱同步器产生损坏。因此气阀是换挡气路中重要组成部分,针对其卡滞检测要 求及工况,文章设计了变速器用气阀卡滞检测试验台架。该台架可检测到气阀偶尔出现的卡 滞并记录相关参数,该数据可用于评判卡滞几率及气阀性能,从而对新开发的气阀或改进的 气阀提供数据支持,同时对于改进后的效果也能很好地评判。

Abstract: In the process of switching between high and low gears in the transmission with the main and auxiliary case structure, the valve occasionally stuck. There may be a situation where the auxiliary case is not converted to the main case in gear, which will damage the synchronizer of the auxiliary case. Therefore, the valve is an important part of the shift air path. In view of the jam detection requirements and working conditions, the transmission valve jam detection test bench is designed. The bench can detect the occasional jam of the valve and record the relevant parameters. The data can be used to judge the probability of jam and the performance of the valve, so as to provide data support for the newly developed valve or the improved valve, and can also be a good evaluation of the improved effect.
