某电动车急加速跑偏轮胎影响分析

摘要: 文章研究油改电动车轮胎对急加速跑偏的影响,分析电动车在燃油车基础上的更改, 确定电动车电机输出扭矩大、响应快、在 0~80 km/h 急加速过程中产生加速跑偏。为解决此 问题,更换不同品牌轮胎验证跑偏情况,其中某种轮胎不跑偏,通过六分力测试仪测试两种 品牌轮胎急加速下轮胎轮荷和驱动力关系,统计轮胎跑偏情况,分析轮胎附着性能的稳定性 对加速跑偏有影响。确定轮胎附着系数和轮胎直线行驶稳定性对急加速跑偏影响。

Abstract: In this paper, the influence of oil to electric vehicle tire on rapid acceleration and deviation is studied, and the change of electric vehicle on the basis of fuel vehicle is analyzed. The electric vehicle motor output torque is large, the response is fast, and the acceleration and deviation will occur in the process of 0~80 km/h rapid acceleration. In order to solve this problem, the replacement of different brands of tires to verify the deviation, one of the tires does not run off, through the six component force tester test two brands of tires under rapid acceleration tire load and driving force relationship, statistical tire deviation, analysis of tire adhesion stability has an impact on acceleration deviation. The influence of tire adhesion coefficient and tire linear driving stability on sharp acceleration deflection was determined.
