摘要: 取力器广泛应用于各类专用汽车上,因型号繁多、原理复杂,故障判断及检修难度大, 亟需提升维修人员的技能。文章对常见的多种型号取力器,采用原理简图、案例分析的方法, 详细阐述其传动结构和控制原理,通过对比研究得出取力器常见的机械类、气路类、电器类 的故障特点,指导维修人员明晰各型取力器的结构原理,掌握故障判断的思路和方法,为排 除故障提供借鉴。

关键词: 多型取力器;传动结构;控制原理;故障检修

Abstract: Power take-off are widely used in various special vehicles. Due to the variety of models, complex principles, and difficulty in fault diagnosis and maintenance, it is urgent to improve the skills of maintenance personnel. This paper adopts the method of schematic diagram and case analysis for common types of power take-offs, and elaborates its transmission structure and control principle in detail. Through comparative research, the common mechanical, pneumatic and electrical fault characteristics of power take-offs are obtained, guide maintenance personnel to clarify the structural principles of various types of power take-offs, master the ideas and methods of fault judgment, and provide reference for troubleshooting.
