基于曲面拟合的阻尼损耗因子预测方法

摘要: 为研究阻尼材料在不同温度和频率下的阻尼特性,参照 SAE J1637—2022 基于支撑钢 棒的材料的振动阻尼特性的实验室测量方法,获取标准工况下某车用热熔型阻尼材料的阻尼 损耗因子数据,并基于该数据采用最小二乘法,建立阻尼损耗因子关于温度和频率的拟合曲 面,通过该试验方法获取标准工况外的阻尼损耗因子数据,并与拟合曲面数据对比,验证该 拟合曲面的准确性。研究表明,该方法可以准确预测不同温度下该热熔型阻尼材料的阻尼损 耗因子;对于该阻尼材料,其频变特性受温度影响;不同频率下,阻尼损耗因子到达峰值时 的温度不同。

Abstract: In order to investigate the damping characteristics of damping materials at different temperatures and frequencies, the damping loss factor data of a vehicle hot melt damping material were obtained based on SAE J1637—2022 laboratory measurement of the composite vibration damping properties of materials on a supporting steel bar. The least square method was used to establish the fitting surface of damping loss factor to temperature and frequency, more damping loss factor data are obtained by this test method, and compared with the fitted surface data to verify the accuracy of the fitted surface.The research shows that this method can accurately predict the damping loss factor at different temperatures; for this damping material, its frequency-dependent characteristics are affected by temperature; besides temperature at peak damping loss factor is different at different frequencies.
