轮辋侧向刚度对车内噪声的影响

摘要: 为了解决整车在某一频段发出噪声的问题,论文通过路噪测试、噪声传递函数(NTF) 测试,轮胎模态测试和轮胎刚度测试来精准定位噪声的贡献位置;阐述了 NTF 原理,和模态 分析原理;验证了轮辋侧向刚度对车内噪声的影响,并通过试验验证了轮辋侧向高度与车内 噪声为正比关系,其在 200~400 Hz 处的贡献尤为明显。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem that the whole vehicle emits noise in a certain frequency band, this paper accurately locates the contribution position of noise through road noise test, noise transfer function (NTF) test, tire modal test and tire stiffness test. The principle of NTF and the principle of modal analysis are described. The influence of rim lateral stiffness on vehicle interior noise is verified, and it is verified that the rim lateral height is proportional to the vehicle interior noise through experiments, and its contribution is especially obvious at 200~400 Hz.
