基于行人保护的发动机罩铰链研究进展

摘要: 作为头部撞击的集中区域,汽车发动机罩铰链为发动机罩的内部硬点,其故障会对驾 乘人员和行人造成危险。文章在对行人保护发展进行综述的基础上,从发动机罩铰链的仿真 分析及试验和结构设计两个方面详细介绍了基于行人保护的发动机罩铰链的研究现状。结果 表明,发动机罩铰链的仿真分析及试验研究以仿真结合试验的方法开展,发动机罩铰链的结 构设计呈现主动式、压溃式、结构优化式和可折叠变形式四种类型,最后展望了发动机罩铰 链的发展方向。

Abstract: As a concentrated area of head impact, the hinge of the vehicle hood is the hard point inside the hood, and its failure will cause a danger to drivers, passengers and pedestrians. Based on the overview of the development of pedestrian protection, this paper introduces the research present situation of hood hinge based on pedestrian protection in detail from the simulation analysis and test and structural design of hood hinge. The results show that the simulation analysis and experimental research of hood hinge are carried out by the method of simulation combined with test. The structural design of hood hinge presents four types: active, crush, structural optimization and foldable variant. Finally, the development direction of hood hinge is prospected.
