轻型汽车排放试验室比对研究和探讨

摘要: 试验室比对是根据预先确定的条件,由两个或更多个试验室对相同或相似的试验物品 进行试验的组织、实施和评价。在进行轻型汽车排放检测过程中不可避免的会产生误差,但 通过试验室间的比对试验,能将试验室间在排放测试上的差异控制在可接受范围。文章以三 家轻型汽车排放试验室 LAB1 和 LAB2 及 LAB3 为例,通过三家试验室进行国六常温排放试 验及国六燃料消耗量试验,并采用统计学的方法分析了各个试验室的试验一致性和准确性, 对于后序的试验室比对研究具有指导意义。

Abstract: Laboratory comparison is the organization, implementation and evaluation of tests carried out by two or more laboratories on the same or similar test items according to predetermined conditions. It is inevitable to produce errors in the process of light vehicle emission testing, but the difference in emission testing between laboratories can be controlled in an acceptable range through the comparison test between laboratories. In this paper, three light vehicle emission laboratories LAB1, LAB2 and LAB3 are taken as examples. Taking the experimental results of national VI ambient temperature emission test and national VI fuel consumption test in three laboratories as examples, the consistency and accuracy of the tests in each laboratory are analyzed by statistical method, which has guiding significance for the subsequent laboratory comparison study.
