基于 ANSYS 和人机工程学的赛车座椅 设计与优化

Design and Optimization of Racing Seat Based on ANSYS and Ergonomics

摘要: 当今,赛车座椅要符合舒适、安全、高强度、轻量化的要求,人机工程学因素往往是 提高竞争力的重要手法,因此,遵循人机工程学原理是设计优秀赛车座椅、占有市场的先决 条件。但是在传统方法中,往往使用一定的实体样品进行试验来探究产品的使用效果和实际 质量。在当今环境下该方法缺乏竞争力,经济投入较大且实验结果繁多,分析复杂,费时费 力。文章应用人机工程学对赛车座椅进行设计,应用 UG 软件进行座椅建模,应用 ANSYS 软件优化调整以得出赛用座椅的较优方案来快速验证设计方案,缩小实体试验中产品材料和 造型参数的范围,达到节省产品研发时间和降低试验成本的目的。

Abstract: Today, race seats to meet the requirements of comfort, safety, high strength, lightweight, ergonomic factors are often an important way to improve competitiveness, so follow the principle of ergonomics is the design of excellent race seats, occupy the market prerequisite. However, in the traditional method, a certain solid sample is often used for testing to explore the use effect and actual quality of products. This method is lack of competitiveness in today's environment, economic investment and analysis of test results is complex, time-consuming and laborious in this paper, the application of ergonomics to design for the car seat using UG software to seat model, application of ANSYS software to optimize adjustment to conclude with a better scheme of seats to quickly validate design scheme. In order to save the time of product development and reduce the test cost, the range of product material and modeling parameters in the solid test should be reduced.
