直喷发动机转速波动问题的研究

摘要: 随着国家排放及油耗法规的要求日益严格,消费者对车辆动力性及舒适性的要求提升,增压直喷技术在发 动机的应用更为普遍。文章主要介绍了发动机怠速转速波动的现象及产生机理,导致转速波动的因素及排查方案。 针对喷油器导致转速波动的现象进行重点剖析,对喷油器特性,喷油器 CVO 自学习功能进行了详细阐述,可用于 指导售后对于转速波动问题的解析。

关键词: 转速波动;喷油器;CVO 功能;轨压;燃油导轨

Abstract: With the tightening of national emission and fuel consumption regulations and consumers' demand for vehicle power and comfort are increasing, the application of turbocharged direct injection technology in engines is more common. This paper mainly introduces the phenomenon and mechanism of engine idle speed fluctuation, the factors leading to speed fluctuation and the troubleshooting scheme. It focuses on the analysis of the phenomenon of speed fluctuation caused by fuel injector, and analyzes the characteristics of fuel injector.The self-learning function of injector CVO are described in detail, which can be used to guide after-sales analysis of speed fluctuation.
