汽车手套箱设计及其模态分析

摘要: 手套箱作为内饰件的重要功能件之一,其设计的好坏决定了生产产品的性能能否符合 顾客需求。文章介绍了手套箱的组成及其在设计开发过程中相关重要参数如何设定,如手套 箱容积的大小要求,手套箱焊接结构参数的设计及定位策略,锁舌与锁舌套的搭接设计,扣 手开口尺寸及手套箱开启限位块的设计,目的是为后续类似结构的设计提供相应的参考。同 时结合车辆在路试过程中经常出现的手套箱异响情况,利用有限元分析方法,对手套箱进行 模态分析,分析结果表明,手套箱的一阶频率及二阶频率均大于 45 Hz,符合设计要求,通过 文章的研究,可减少产品因设计缺陷而导致的修模费用。

Abstract: As one of the important functional parts of interior trim, the design of glove box determines whether the performance of produced products can meet the needs of customers. This paper introduces the composition of the glove box and how to define some important parameters in the design and development process, such as the volume requirements of the glove box, the design and positioning strategy of the welding structure parameters of the glove box, the overlapping design of the lock tongue and the lock tongue sleeve, the size of the buckle opening and the design of the opening limit block of the glove box, in order to provide corresponding reference for the subsequent design of similar structures. At the same time, combined with the abnormal noise of glove box often occurred in the process of vehicle road test, this paper introduces the modal analysis of glove box by using the finite analysis ways. The analysis results show that the first-order frequency and second-order frequency of glove box are greater than 45 Hz, which meets the design requirements. Through the research of this paper, the mold repair cost caused by design defects can be reduced.
