某车型转向系统液压助力失效机理分析

摘要: 汽车液压助力转向系统失效导致转向沉重是汽车行业比较常见的一种故障,导致转向 系统液压助力失效的原因非常多。文章结合某车型发生的转向系统液压助力失效的案例,从 转向泵尺寸、性能、结构、阀系统工作原理等各方面分析,并通过台架测试及整车试验确认 故障关键因子,并验证改进方案的有效性。文章对液压转向系统失效的分析,对今后出现类 似的工程问题提供了可参考的分析方法。

Abstract: The steering heavy caused by steering system failure of automobile hydraulic power assist is a common fault in the automobile industry. There are many reasons for the failure of hydraulic power assist in steering system. Based on the case of the failure of hydraulic power assist in steering system of a certain vehicle, the paper analyzes the size, performance, structure, working principle of the valve system and so on for steering pump. The bench test and vehicle test are used to confirm the fault key factors and verify the effectiveness of the improvement scheme. This paper analyzes the failure of hydraulic steering system and provides a reference analysis method for similar engineering problems in the future.
