摘要： 文章首先就 1+X 证书制度的相关内容进行了概述，其后明确了新能源汽车技术行业部发展以及对人才的培 养要求、新能源汽车技术职业技能等级的具体分析，最后提出了一系列 1+X 证书制度背景下高职新能源汽车技术专业高技能人才培养的主要策略措施。

Abstract: This paper first summarizes the relevant contents of the 1+X certificate system, then clarifies the development of the new energy vehicle technology industry department, the training requirements for talents, and the specific analysis of the vocational skill level of new energy vehicle technology, and finally puts forward a series of main strategies and measures for the cultivation of high skilled talents of new energy vehicle technology specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges under the background of the 1+X certificate system.
