皮卡前门模态性能研究分析及优化

摘要: 针对皮卡前门模态不达标的问题,建立有限元模型进行分析,采用应变能方法(ESE) 对其进行模态优化。通过仿真及实车验证,提出的优化方案,在不增重的前提下,模态提高, 满足目标要求。说明基于 ESE 相对于传统基于工程师经验的优化方法效率更好,效果更好, 对类似的工程优化问题提供一定的参考。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the front door modal of pickup truck is not up to standard, finite element method combined with strain energy (ESE) is used to carry out modal optimization. Through simulation and real vehicle verification, the proposed optimization scheme can meet the requirements of the enterprise on the premise of no weight gain. It shows that the optimization method based on ESE is more efficient and effective than the traditional optimization method based on engineer's experience, which provides a certain reference for similar engineering optimization problems.
